You need somewhere to serve your blog. If you would like to be hosted with us please contact us
Your blog needs a domain so people can find you, a domain can be (www.example.com) you can get one from godaddy, namecheap, 123-reg
Download the required files you get with purchasing a theme and install it through wordpress (appearance > themes > upload theme)
